A huge thanks to Progas Engineer "James the Flame".. after 3 previous attempts from other plumbers, all of whom charged a fortune and failed to fix my Ariston boiler - each time it ending up breaking again, you have finally fixed it! Quick, efficient, clearly highly knowledgeable. much less than the others charged, and within 2 hours of calling. Impressive! I am delighted. Well done for such an effective service!
Please note that as of 16th August I have sold my property at Princes Road. I have therefore cancelled the standing order for your maintenance contract for our central heating boiler. I have passed on your details to the new owners.

The accumulator didn't appear to empty after two consecutive showers and hot water comes out "like a scolded cat", as you put it Pete.
